For reservations with accommodation dates: 01 January - 31 May and 01 October - 31 December
- Free cancellation under the Standard terms and conditions
* Free cancellation for reservations up to 7 days before the accommodation date.
- In case the reservation is cancelled later than 7 days before the accommodation date, a penalty of 50% from the cost of reservation shall apply.
- Free cancellation under the Special terms and conditions
* Free reservation cancellation up to 1 day before the accommodation date.
- In case the reservation is cancelled later than 1 day before the accommodation date, a penalty of 50% from the cost of reservation shall apply.

- Free cancellation under the Standard terms and conditions
* Free cancellation for reservations up to 14 days before the accommodation date.
- In case the reservation is cancelled later than 14 days before the accommodation date, a penalty of 30% from the cost of reservation shall apply.
- Free cancellation under the Special terms and conditions
* Free cancellation for reservations up to 1 day before the accommodation date.
- In case the reservation is cancelled later than 1 day before the accommodation date, a penalty of 30% from the cost of reservation shall apply.

IMPORTANT: In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, declared epidemics and quarantines), the reservation cancellation is free of charge at any time until the date of arrival.
